If you desire to create a new Tow Type that Tracker can utilize within its automatic Rates calculations, you're in the right place.
To add a new Tow Type, from the Tracker main menu, select Lists -> Type of Tow. The Tow Type List window will appear. Click on the NEW option to get started.
The new Tow Type window will open. In the below example I'm adding on a new Light Duty tow type.
You may notice that there is a Code field and a Rate field. The code determines how Tracker views the Tow Type itself, and the Rate determines how Tracker views it within a Rate. For this reason, it is best to just make the Code and the Rate the exact same shortcode/abbreviation.
After the new Tow Type has been added, be sure to Save it.
