Welcome to the new Tracker Mobile login screen! In order to provide a simpler login experience, drivers will now log in to Tracker Mobile using a unique company code instead of their server URL.
This screen is similar to the previous log-in screen with the addition of a Company Code field. This is the field that is replacing the server address. Upon updating your Tracker Mobile app, you should see a list of your recent servers by tapping the following button:
While most users will find that their stored server addresses have been automatically converted, Tracker Support will be able to provide you with your new Company Code. The other information required for logging in remains the same: Driver Code, Password, and Truck Number.
In addition, Tracker Mobile now offers new validation criteria to make sure your drivers get all the information you need when they arrive on scene. If you’re interested in requiring a minimum number of photos or vehicle information such as the VIN, license plate, or odometer readings, give us a call and we will be happy to assist with the configuration.
The latest release of Tracker Mobile also allows drivers to look up vehicle information using just the license plate, print and email invoices directly from their mobile device, and get towing instructions for any vehicle at the touch of a button with our new TowMagic integration!
